This hydropneumatic drive with a piston diameter of 125 mm is used to operate large hall doors. The speeds for the forward and return strokes can be finely adjusted separately via throttles and adapted to the mass ratios of the respective door. The drive can be locked hydraulically in any position using a pneumatic signal, so that there is no need for an additional mechanical lock. If the compressed air supply fails, the locking mechanism can be released via a pull-cable so that the door can be operated manually. The actuator has integrated oil volume compensation for temperatures from -20°C to +80°C and internal leakage oil compensation with level indicator.
