All-plastic feed cylinders for PCB etching systems
When etching printed circuit boards, the etching mask, which is held in a frame, is gently swung away by this liquid-braked cylinder. All external parts of the cylinder are made of PVDF plastic, which is highly resistant to acids and alkalis. Deionized water is used as the fluid for speed regulation, which prevents contamination of the etching bath in the event of leakage.
