Application
As an elementary component of electronic drive technology, control devices enable constant speeds of an electric motor under variable boundary conditions. These can be fluctuations in the supply voltage or load changes.
Project examples
The sensor-controlled speed controller of a fan for the air supply in a climate chamber not only has a high degree of protection, but is also designed for low ambient temperatures. A standard DC speed controller was used, which EPH Elektronik modified for an automotive supplier.
The sensor-controlled regulation of a battery-operated DC motor for a hydraulic high-pressure pump meets the requirements for extended battery life (in eco mode) as well as the requirements for the harshest environmental conditions in rescue operations. EPH Elektronik has developed a customized system module with a high degree of protection for this purpose.
