The piston rod of this pneumatic low friction cylinder is mounted in recirculating ball bushings and has a very low breakaway torque and virtually stick-slip-free operation. The bearing supports high radial forces and is practically backlash-free. The cylinder is used in glass production to set the bending shapes required for the manufacture of windscreens, etc.
